Professional Profile
I am an accomplished English faculty member and soft-skills trainer with over a decade of experience in teaching, training, student mentoring, and professional development. I currently work as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Humanities & Sciences at Brilliant Institute of Engineering and Technology, where I focus on developing students’ English language proficiency, communication skills, confidence, and overall professional competence.
My teaching approach combines academic knowledge with practical communication, interactive learning, student engagement, and personality development. I am passionate about creating a positive learning environment where students are encouraged to think critically, communicate effectively, and develop the confidence required to succeed in higher education and their professional careers.
I have previously worked as a Soft Skills Trainer at Sri Chaitanya Techno School, where I trained both students and teaching professionals. This experience strengthened my expertise in communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills, professional etiquette, and learner development.
I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. from Sri Venkateswara University (SV University), further deepening my academic and research interests in the field of English and education.
