Master of Business Administration


The Department of Business Administration was established in the year 2009 with an approved intake as per the norms stipulated by the JNTUH. It is affiliated to JNTUH. It has approval from the statutory bodies like AICTE, which is a powerful organ of MHRD. Since the inception of the MBA department, there is provision to increase in admissions rate from time to time subject to the approval given by the JNTUH. The MBA department fulfils the norms of JNTUH. The MBA department has the best qualified faculty like Professors in required number, with an enriched expertise in industry, research, teaching and also consultancy services. The Professors of the MBA department are also associated very closely with the national level prestigious / professional / apex bodies like All India Management Association, New Delhi (AIMA-New Delhi), National Institute of Personnel Management, Kolkata, (NIPM-Kolkata) and Indian Society For Training And Development, New Delhi, (ISTD-New Delhi).

The MBA course duration is spread over 02 year which is inclusive of comprehensive research project. The core objective is to impart the managerial education by the mode of Learning By Doing: Industry – Academia Interface.

The all faculty members of MBA department are ratified by the JNTUH. The MBA department has senior faculty with an enriched dedicated experience in industry, research, consultancy and teaching. The ALUMNI of our institution are well positioned in various organizations like academic, government, multinationals etc., across the globe. The all faculty members, research scholars those who are pursuing their Ph. D courses are motivated by the management in various forms like sponsoring to attend conferences, seminars, workshops, faculty development programmes etc. The management always encourages the faculty members, research scholars and also the students to publish the research papers, articles in the prestigious journals which are recognized by the UGC / AICTE and the other statutory bodies like ICSSR etc. The department has the best infrastructure facilities, best instructional methodology, facilities for Computer Based Training, training manuals etc.

The department has well equipped library with rich collection of latest text books, journals, project reports etc. All the faculty and students are having access to the library facilities. The department has also well-maintained lab facilities. The class rooms with all ambient facilities are provided which reflects the best teaching climate with all infrastructure facilities. The institution has provided sufficient staff rooms with all facilities for male and female category separately. The faculty organizes seminars, conferences, workshops, guest lecturers from time to time in order to cope up with the market driven scenario.

The institution has undertaken various preventive measures to control the anti-ragging and the other unethical practices. The management has constituted various committees like anti ragging committee, grievance redressal committee etc., by involving the entire faculty and the other representatives from the respective departments. The statutory bodies like UGC/AICTE etc., have incorporated various mandatory provisions to eradicate various unethical practices in the educational institutions e.g., 100 % - No Ragging.

Performance: The management has inducted an effective mechanism to obtain the feedback about the performance of the students. The performance of the students is assessed on continuous basis and the faculty has ensured to bridge the gap among the slow learners, average learners. The concerned faculty organizes remedial classes to make the slow and average learners more competent. The institution has provided various facilities like online interactive sessions i.e., teacher-student user friendly approach has been adopted. The best class room teaching facilities are provided where e learning facilities are also available.

Industrial Tour: The institution organizes the industrial tours where the students interact with professionals at all functional staff at various levels. This industrial tour enables the students to acquire the practical understanding at the work spots. The students are having the access to the course files, project / internship reports, facilities to interact with the best performers and also the passed-out students, contact facilities are also provided to interact with the Alumina for inspiration and further guidance. The students and faculty are also permitted to attend the events like workshops, seminars, etc., internally and externally to cope up with the new knowledge, skills.
