The Conventional Library of Brilliant Institute of Engineering and Technology (BRIL) serves as an essential academic resource centre supporting both learning and research. The library maintains a rich collection of textbooks, reference books, journals, magazines, project reports, tutorials, video lessons, and e-book consortium resources covering engineering, technology, management, and allied disciplines.
Designed to support academic excellence and knowledge development, the library enables students and faculty members to access high-quality learning resources for coursework, research activities, and professional development. The facility also provides borrowing privileges for students and staff, allowing access to academic resources beyond the campus for continued learning.

- Users must scan their ID card during entry and exit.
- Strict silence must be maintained inside the library.
- Mobile phones must remain switched off.
- Bags and personal belongings should be kept at the entrance storage area.
- Books will be issued only upon presentation of a valid identity card.
- Identity cards are non-transferable.
- Lost or damaged books must be replaced or compensated as decided by the librarian.
- Marking, underlining, or damaging library materials is strictly prohibited.
- Reference books, journals, and magazines are for in-library use only.
- Food and beverages are not permitted inside the library.
- Books must be returned on or before the due date to avoid overdue charges.

Steps to Access J-Gate Open Access Books
Step 1: Open the website: https://jgatenext.com
Step 2: Log in using the following credentials:
- Login ID: brilliantuser
- Password: brilliantjgate
Step 3: After logging in, go to the “Book Finder” option in the menu.
Step 4: In the left sidebar, select “Open Access.”
Steps to Access DELNET Knowledge Gainer E-Books
Step 1: Open the website: https://knowledgegainer.delnet.in
Step 2: Log in using the following credentials:
- User Name: tgbieta
- Password: bie3027
Step 3: After logging in, click on “Knowledge Gainer”.
Step 4: Select “E-Books” to access available content.
Step 5: Browse the site to find the required content.
