Grievance Redressal Committee
The Grievance Redressal Cell is established to ensure transparency in admissions and with a paramount objective of preventing unfair practices. It is a mechanism to provide redressal of grievances to innocent and aggrieved students, in exercise of the power conferred under Clause 1 of Section 23 of the All India Council of Technical Education Act 1987 (52 of 1987).
Brilliant Institute of Engineering & Technology, An Autonomous Institution (BRIL) has evolved a fruitful and useful mechanism to find out solutions for the day to day problems and grievances of the students. A Grievance Redressal Cell has been constituted in accordance with the regulations of UGC / AICTE / JNTUH norms.
This cell is established with an aim and objective to provide the employees an easy and readily accessible mechanism for prompt disposal of their day to day grievances.
- To formulate the policy to investigate and review complaints or grievances of students and faculties.
- To create awareness of availability of members for students and faculties to report grievances.
- To investigate the cause of grievances.
- To ensure effectual solution depending upon the gravity.
- To get suggestions periodically from the students for improvement.
The grievances at departmental level are governed by the concerned mentors, class coordinators and Department Heads.
Unresolved grievances at the departmental level are referred to the Grievance Redressal Cell of the institution.
