Mr. D. Mohan leads the Training and Placement Cell at BRIL with a focus on building strong industry relationships and ensuring every eligible student gets a fair shot at a meaningful career. With years of experience in campus recruitment coordination, he oversees the entire placement ecosystem — from pre-placement training to final offer roll-outs.
Mrs. B. Swetha Reddy
Mrs. B. Swetha Reddy works closely with students and recruiters to ensure smooth execution of campus drives. She handles student registration, company coordination, interview scheduling, and follow-ups — making sure no opportunity slips through the cracks. Her approachable nature makes her the go-to person for students navigating the placement process.
The Placement Cell of Brilliant Group of Technical Institutions (BGTI) operates with a single-minded focus: ensuring that every student who walks out of this institution walks into a career they are proud of. The cell works year-round — not just during placement season — to build the skills, confidence, and professional readiness that recruiters look for.
Every registered student receives structured career support: training programmes, professional mentoring, career counselling, and direct access to the placement team. The cell also provides complete logistical and infrastructural support to visiting recruiters — from organising pre-placement talks to coordinating written tests, group discussions, and interview panels.
Strong corporate partnerships enable the institute to facilitate internships, industrial training, and full-time placements for students from Engineering, Diploma, and MBA programmes.
