The Training and Placement Cell at Brilliant Institute of Engineering and Technology (BRIL) is the nerve centre of career development on campus. The cell functions as a live, working bridge between the academic world and the professional one. It connects graduating students with multinational corporations, government undertakings, private enterprises, and fast-growing startups across sectors — IT, ITES, core engineering, banking, consulting, and management. Every year, the cell handles hundreds of recruitment interactions, and the results speak for themselves: over 90% of eligible students placed in the 2025–26 academic year.

Students receive structured, year-round training in aptitude, reasoning, communication, technical skills, and corporate etiquette.
