The 2025–26 placement season at Brilliant Institute of Engineering and Technology (BRIL) has been the most productive in the institution's history. With 90% of eligible students placed and over 500 offer letters rolled out across disciplines, this year marks a significant milestone in BRIL's journey as one of Hyderabad's most placement-active engineering institutions.

The season saw participation from 150+ companies spanning information technology, software product development, ITES, banking and financial services, core engineering, and management consulting. The highest package this year stood at ₹12 LPA, with a healthy number of students receiving offers in the ₹6–10 LPA range.

Recruiters ranged from established multinationals to high-growth technology firms — all of them returning to BRIL because of the consistent quality of graduates they find here.

The highest package this year stood at ₹12 LPA, with a healthy number of students receiving offers in the ₹6–10 LPA range. Students from Computer Science, AI & ML, Data Science, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, and MBA programmes all secured placements — a reflection of the breadth of the institute's industry connect.

Behind these numbers is a year of deliberate preparation. The Training and Placement Cell ran intensive aptitude training, coding bootcamps, mock interview cycles, and communication workshops from the second semester of the third year. By the time companies arrived on campus, students were not just eligible — they were ready.
