Dr. B. S. Rakesh Kumar Reddy is a dynamic academic leader and distinguished expert in Structural Engineering, known for his commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and institutional development. He earned his Ph.D. in Structural Engineering in 2025, marking a significant milestone in his academic and research journey.
With nearly a decade of dedicated service at Brilliant Institute of Engineering and Technology since January 2017, Dr. Rakesh Kumar Reddy has been a driving force behind academic growth and student success. His leadership has consistently fostered a culture of discipline, innovation, and result-oriented learning.
Currently serving as the Head of the Department of Humanities & Sciences, he plays a pivotal role in strengthening the academic foundation of engineering students across all disciplines. Through his guidance, the department continues to promote excellence in teaching, research, communication skills, and overall student development.
