Supporting academic excellence through curated resources, digital access, and a student-centred learning environment since 2021.
About the Library
The Department Library of CSE (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) was set up when the programme was introduced in 2021. Though relatively new, the library has been purposefully built with a focused collection that directly supports the AI and ML curriculum.
Over the past four years, the collection has been steadily expanded with textbooks, reference materials, and technical publications covering machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, natural language processing, and data-driven computing. The library is designed to grow alongside the programme and the evolving needs of students.
- Growing collection of 80+ volumes and 65+ titles focused on AI and ML
- Core textbooks on machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks
- Reference books on Python programming, data science, and statistical modelling
- Publications covering NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning
- Study materials for NPTEL certifications and competitive examinations
- Resources supporting B.Tech project work and mini-project activities
- IEEE Xplore — research papers in AI, ML, and computing
- ACM Digital Library — computing and AI research publications
- Springer & ScienceDirect — journals on machine learning and data science
- NPTEL — AI and ML courses by IIT and IISc faculty
- E-books and online resources supporting project and research work
NAAC 'A' Grade Accredited Institution
The department library is maintained in accordance with NAAC accreditation standards. Resources are periodically reviewed and updated to align with curriculum requirements, outcome-based education (OBE) frameworks, and quality benchmarks prescribed by statutory bodies.
