The Training and Placement Cell at Brilliant Institute of Engineering and Technology (BRIL) has spent seventeen years building something that most institutions only talk about — a genuine, consistent placement record. In the 2025–26 academic year, 90% of eligible students received placement offers, with over 500 offer letters rolled out across all engineering and management programmes.
These numbers are not the result of a single good year. They reflect a sustained, deliberate effort to prepare students for the professional world — through structured training, industry partnerships, and a placement team that treats every student's career as a personal responsibility.
The cell works with 150+ companies across IT, ITES, core engineering, banking, consulting, and management sectors. Recruiters range from established multinationals to high-growth technology firms, and many of them return to BRIL year after year because of the consistent quality of graduates they find here.
